Apr 29, Ginger rated it really liked it. This book is past due This book touches on a subject that few others do.
It teaches young children about disability from a child's perspective. It also shows that you can be born in good health and how a traumatic experience can change your life.
I look forward to seeing more from this author as the main character learns to adapt and accept his new life perspective. Oct 19, Lilyn G.
I read the Spanish version of this book didn't even realize there was an English version until I was looking on Goodreads to rate it!

I found myself wishing the illustrations were done a bit better, but little readers aren't going to be nearly as picky about that as adults are.
